Buying research materials online means trusting someone you can't see. This page sets out exactly how we source and test what we sell, how it reaches you, and what happens if something goes wrong — so you can check us against it.
Sourcing
Lots are synthesised to our specification and arrive sealed. Each one is quarantined on intake until its identity paperwork is matched against the order — nothing goes on the shelf on trust alone.
Testing
HPLC measures purity as a main-peak area percentage and mass spectrometry confirms molecular weight against the expected sequence. We release at ≥99% purity, and only then.
Cold chain
Released lots are held at −20°C and packed with insulation matched to the compound, so what leaves the bench is what lands on yours.
Dispatch
Same-day dispatch before 12:00pm AEST on business days, fully tracked Australia-wide, in discreet unbranded packaging with no markings indicating the contents.

Every vial ships in protective foam inside a discreet, unbranded outer carton. Nothing on the outside indicates the contents.
If it arrives damaged
Email hello@aussiepeptideshub.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We replace or refund the affected items. Opened or unsealed temperature-sensitive items can't be returned, and your Australian Consumer Law rights are unaffected by that.
If it goes missing
No tracking movement for 5 business days? Contact us — we lodge an Australia Post investigation and dispatch a replacement.

Before you order
Where do your research peptides come from?+
Every lot is synthesised to our specification, arrives sealed, and is quarantined at our Australian storage and dispatch facility until its identity paperwork is matched against the order. Nothing is released for sale until that paperwork and its batch testing line up.
How do I know the vial contains what the label says?+
Each released batch is tested by HPLC for purity as a main-peak area percentage, and by mass spectrometry to confirm the molecular weight against the expected sequence. We release at ≥99% purity, and every vial carries a lot number tied to that batch's Certificate of Analysis.
Can I see the Certificate of Analysis before I order?+
Yes. Email the compound name or your lot number to hello@aussiepeptideshub.com and we will send the matching Certificate of Analysis. The COA page also walks through how to read each section of the report.
How is my order packaged and shipped?+
Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day, in cold-chain insulation appropriate to the product, inside a discreet unbranded outer carton with no markings indicating the contents. Standard Express is A$12.95 flat (1–4 business days), Premium Overnight is A$19.95, and shipping is free over A$199. Tracking is emailed on dispatch. We ship to Australian addresses only.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items. If an order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken cold-chain seal, email hello@aussiepeptideshub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product and we will replace or refund the affected items. Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, your statutory rights are unaffected.
What if tracking stops updating?+
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us and we will lodge an Australia Post investigation and dispatch a replacement.
Are these products legal in Australia?+
They are supplied strictly as in-vitro laboratory reference materials. They are not therapeutic goods, are not TGA-approved for human use, and are not supplied for human or veterinary consumption. Purchasers must be 18 or over and are responsible for handling, storage and disposal under their own institutional and legal requirements.
