- Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day ship the same day.
- Orders placed after cut-off, or on weekends/public holidays, ship the next business day.
- All orders include cold-chain insulation appropriate to the product.

- Standard Express (Australia Post): 1–3 business days metro, 2–5 regional — A$12.95 flat.
- Premium Overnight: next business day capital cities — A$19.95 flat.
- Free Express shipping on all orders over A$199.
- All shipments include full tracking sent by email on dispatch.
Packaging
Every vial ships in protective foam inside a discreet, unbranded outer carton. There are no markings on the outside that indicate the contents.
International shipping
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Returns & refunds
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed items.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a broken cold-chain seal, email hello@aussiepeptideshub.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the affected items or refund them in full at our discretion.
Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
Lost or stuck in transit
If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us and we will lodge an Australia Post investigation and dispatch a replacement.
