Australian regulatory context
Many peptides we supply are classified under the Poisons Standard (SUSMP) as Schedule 4 (Prescription Only) substances in Australia. Some — including Melanotan II and certain GLP-1 analogues — are subject to additional restrictions or TGA safety alerts. Supply for in-vitro laboratory research outside the therapeutic goods framework is permitted only when no therapeutic claim is made and the product is clearly labelled for research use.
Customers are responsible for compliance with all federal, state and territory laws that apply to them, including the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth), the Customs Act 1901 (Cth) and any state Poisons Acts.
No medical advice
Information on this website (including product descriptions, blog posts and FAQ entries) is provided for educational reference only and summarises publicly available scientific literature. It is not medical advice, does not describe approved indications, and must not be used to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a registered Australian medical practitioner before making decisions about your health.
No advertising of therapeutic use
In line with the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code, we do not promote any product on this site as having therapeutic benefit in humans. Any references to mechanism, receptor activity, or research findings describe pre-clinical or laboratory studies only. We will not respond to questions about dosing, cycles, administration or personal use.
Age & eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where research-use intent cannot be reasonably established, including bulk orders to residential addresses or orders showing patterns inconsistent with laboratory use.
Reporting & concerns
Adverse events involving unapproved peptide products can be reported to the TGA. If you have a concern about an Aussie Peptides product or batch, contact us at compliance@aussiepeptideshub.com with the SKU and batch number from your invoice.
