1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By ordering, you represent that you are purchasing research materials for in-vitro laboratory use and that you will not administer any product to a human or animal.
2. Products
All products are supplied as reference research materials. Product descriptions, purity claims and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) reflect laboratory testing performed on representative batches. We do not warrant any therapeutic or in-vivo effect.
We may discontinue or change products, pricing and stock levels at any time without notice. Where stock is unavailable after an order is placed, we will refund the affected line in full.
3. Orders & pricing
- All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable.
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being for non-research use, resale, or fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
We accept PayID, bank transfer and major credit cards through our payment processor. Orders are dispatched only once payment has cleared.

6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Aussie Peptides' total liability arising out of or in connection with any product or use of this website is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss, including loss arising from any non-research use of a product.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
All site content — including copy, imagery, photography and branding — is owned by Aussie Peptides and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or republish any part of the site without written permission.
8. Compliance & research use
Use of the site and any product is subject to our Research use & compliance policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.
