What we collect
- Identity & contact details: name, email, phone, billing & shipping address.
- Order & payment information: items purchased, SKU, totals, payment confirmation reference (we do not store full card numbers).
- Account & communication: messages you send us, support requests, marketing preferences.
- Technical: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed (via standard analytics & cookies).
How we use it
- To process and dispatch your order, including providing details to couriers.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud, and confirm research-use eligibility.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmations, dispatch notices, COA).
- To send marketing emails — only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the website and our products.
Who we share it with
We disclose personal information only to providers who help us run the business: payment processors, courier and postal services, Shopify (our e-commerce platform), email service providers, and accredited testing laboratories (for CoA matching). We never sell your personal information.
We may disclose information where required by Australian law, including in response to lawful requests from regulators such as the TGA or law enforcement.
Storage & security
Data is stored on secure servers operated by reputable cloud providers, with most data held within Australia or the United States. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and limit access on a need-to-know basis.
Cookies and advertising measurement
We use first-party cookies for shopping cart persistence and basic analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work without them.
We also use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertisements and pages lead to completed orders. When enabled, this shares your device and cookie identifiers, the pages you visited, and the value and reference of a completed order with Google LLC, for advertising measurement and campaign optimisation. It never includes what you purchased, your name or your address. Google's handling of this data is described at business.safety.google/privacy.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada are asked to accept or decline before this measurement runs, and nothing is shared unless they accept. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the button below, and declining does not affect your ability to order.
Your rights
Under the APPs you can request access to or correction of your personal information, and ask us to delete data we no longer need. Email privacy@aussiepeptideshub.com with your request.

If you believe we have mishandled your personal information you can contact us first, and if unresolved, lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
