KLOW compound identities and reference terminology
October 30, 2026
KLOW is a blend label, not a single peptide sequence. The supplied label for KLOW 80 mg lists KPV 10 mg, GHK-Cu 50 mg, BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. Those names and amounts describe the labelled composition rather than a scientific characterization of the combined mixture.
The KLOW label includes the tripeptide KPV in addition to the three component names used for the GLOW label. The labelled total and component count differ. This naming comparison is a description of the supplied labels, not evidence that the two mixtures share experimental behavior.
KPV is the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val. A 2008 study by Dalmasso and colleagues reports KPV uptake and cell-signalling experiments in intestinal cell lines. The paper's experimental systems and peptide identity are the relevant context for this component; they do not establish an assay result for a four-component KLOW mixture.
A separate primary publication by Siméon and colleagues examined GHK-Cu in fibroblast cultures, including matrix metalloproteinase-2 measurements. This is a different compound and cell-culture system from the KPV paper. The two references cannot be merged into an experimental record for KLOW merely because both component names occur on its label.
Component identity, mixture composition and experiment scope are distinct records. Neither cited component paper examines the labelled KLOW combination. Without a mixture-specific experiment, the references do not support claims about combined activity or interactions among all four substances. Catalogue nomenclature should stay separate from the scope of molecular and cell-culture research.

Materials in this catalogue are offered for in-vitro laboratory research only, not human or veterinary use. This reference does not provide dosing, preparation, storage or treatment instructions.
Check the listing identity
Read the compound name, labelled amount and any blend composition on the current product listing. An amount per vial is not a dose or a preparation protocol. Current prices and availability belong to the catalogue, not an older article.
Check a lot document, where published
A report is shown only if one has been published for that lot. Compare its identifiers with the listing and vial label. A missing report is not evidence of testing or quality.
Consult the appropriate source
For handling, consult the supplier safety data sheet and your institution's standard operating procedures. For regulatory questions, consult official TGA guidance; a research-use label does not determine legal status.
