  • Aussie Peptides: BPC-157
  • Limit exposure to humid air. Allow a cold vial to reach room temperature while still sealed before opening it. Opening a cold container in humid conditions can allow condensation to form inside. For example, remove a vial from −20 °C, keep it closed as it warms, then open it only when ready to measure the peptide.

Does freezing and thawing damage peptide potency or stability?

Repeated freezing and thawing can affect a peptide solution’s physical state and stability. Ice crystals can stress the sample, while freeze-thaw cycles may contribute to aggregation or loss of activity. The effect depends on the peptide and formulation. Record each thaw and inspect the container for damage or visible changes, but appearance cannot establish potency. Wear appropriate PPE and dispose of vials, sharps and unused material under your institution’s waste procedures.

Materials in this catalogue are offered for in-vitro laboratory research only, not human or veterinary use. This reference does not provide dosing, preparation, storage or treatment instructions.

    Check the listing identity

Read the compound name, labelled amount and any blend composition on the current product listing. An amount per vial is not a dose or a preparation protocol. Current prices and availability belong to the catalogue, not an older article.

Check a lot document, where published

A report is shown only if one has been published for that lot. Compare its identifiers with the listing and vial label. A missing report is not evidence of testing or quality.

    Consult the appropriate source

For handling, consult the supplier safety data sheet and your institution's standard operating procedures. For regulatory questions, consult official TGA guidance; a research-use label does not determine legal status.
